Embracing the Journey

Empowering Recovery and Personal Growth

Upon your arrival, you will be assigned a dedicated primary staff member who will be your main point of contact. While all of our staff members are available to provide assistance, your primary staff person will be specifically assigned to address any areas where you may require additional support. They will play a crucial role in facilitating various aspects of your care, including conducting the Physical Health Survey, preparing Monthly Summaries, coordinating with your healthcare providers, collaborating with the clinical team in the community, and serving as an extra link in your support network.

Visitors are always

welcome!

However, we kindly ask that they adhere to the established rules of conduct and guidelines. To ensure your safety, please inform our staff when you leave the premises and provide an estimated time of return. If you plan to be away for more than 24 hours, we kindly request that you coordinate with our staff in advance.
